Privacy Policy
We want you to know what this website sees, what it does not keep, and what happens if you choose to contact us.
1. Who this policy covers
Corwin is operated by Ithoro, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to corwin.nyc and related communications, including residents of every United States state and Delaware. It describes our current website and early access experience, not features that have not yet launched.
For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
2. Information we may receive
Website and technical information
When you visit, our infrastructure and analytics providers may process information such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, pages viewed, referring page, request timestamps, and approximate location derived from network information. This helps deliver the website, protect it from abuse, and understand general traffic.
Messages you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the email address, message contents, and any other information you include. Your email provider and ours may also process routine message metadata.
Information we do not request
Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, medical information, precise location, or other sensitive personal information. The website does not currently offer an AI chat box, account registration, payment processing, or a stored signup list.
3. How the early access form works
The early access field works entirely in your browser. When you enter an email address and continue, the website prepares a draft in your own email application. The address is not submitted to a Corwin server, saved in a website database, added to a mailing platform, or sent to our analytics service by the form.
We receive information only if you independently choose to send the drafted message. Once sent, your email is handled like any other support inquiry and may be retained in our email account. Your device, browser, and email provider have their own practices for drafts, autofill, sent messages, and backups.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Umami to understand aggregate website traffic and general visitor activity. Umami can process pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location, and a session identifier derived from network and browser information. Umami is designed to measure sessions without relying on analytics cookies.
Infrastructure providers may process technical information or use strictly necessary security mechanisms to deliver and protect the website. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising profiles, or an advertising based signup tracker on this website.
5. Why we use information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Deliver, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
- Understand aggregate usage and improve the website experience.
- Respond to support questions and early access messages you choose to send.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
We do not use information from this website to train an AI model, and the current website does not collect AI conversation content.
6. Who may process information
We may use service providers to operate the website and communicate with you. These include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Vercel for hosting, Umami for analytics, and email providers that handle messages you choose to send. These providers process information as needed to perform their services.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect people or systems, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, exchange it for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers.
7. Retention
We retain support and early access messages only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations. Infrastructure and analytics records are retained according to operational needs and applicable provider settings.
Because early access addresses are not stored by the website, there is no separate Corwin signup database to search or delete. Messages you actually send may still exist in our email account, provider backups, and your own sent folder.
8. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you. You may also have rights to object to certain processing or to appeal a decision on a privacy request.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may need enough information to verify your identity and understand your request. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a legal privacy right.
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is no sale or targeted advertising program to opt out of. If Delaware law applies and a privacy appeal remains unresolved, Delaware residents may contact the Delaware Department of Justice at [email protected].
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information appropriate to its nature and the risks involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. International visitors
Corwin is operated from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. If you visit from another jurisdiction, your information may be processed under laws that differ from those where you live.
11. Children
Corwin is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, product, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Additional disclosures will be provided before launching features that materially change how we collect or use information.
13. Contact
